Highlands Ranch , CO, United States, Thursday, November 10, 2011 — ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international consulting and engineering company, today announced Rick Giardina has been appointed to the Environmental Financial Advisory Board for a two-year term. The EFAB provides the Environmental Protection Agency's Administrator and Program Offices with advice on "how to pay" questions for environmental protection.
