ARCADIS provided the following services for the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida: Stromwater Management & Drainage Design; Utility Design; Permitting Services; Master Planning; Roadway & Intersection Design; Topographic Surveys; Wetland Surveys; Construction Administration; Municipal & Capital Improvement Strategies; and Zoning. A prestigious 3,000-acre mixed-use development and destination resort, which will feature golf as a major theme. St. Johns is the future site for the World Golf Village, which will include the LPGA and PGA Hall of Fame, 18 holes of championship golf, IMAX Theatre, resort hotel, and PGA Productions. Additional services provided by ARCADIS included conceptual layout, all civil and sanitary engineering and surveying, as well as Application for Development Approval (preparation of the public facilities, transportation, and environmental elements of the ADA).
