ARCADIS was selected to provide master planning, construction cost estimates, landscape design and an illustrative site plan for Davis Park, otherwise known locally as the 'Field of Dreams.' Davis Park is a 170-acre site in St. Johns County, Florida, which includes 14 standard and children soccer fields, a soccer stadium, 3 football fields, 8 baseball / softball fields for adult and youth play, various picnic areas, nature trails, a club house, parking and access. This park was designed as a sports activity center for the region and to supply additional parking for the PGA Tournament Players Championship (TPC). ARCADIS provided planning and design services for this multi-use park facility.
