ARCADIS provided complete site design for the location of a 24-hour healthcare facility designed to serve 120 patients.

The existing topography of the 11.4-acre site was steep, with a 5.5-foot difference between the lowest and highest existing elevations at the site. Achieving a balanced, level site required movement of more than 110,000 cubic yards of earth. More than 400 feet of storm drainage pipe was used to redirect off-site stormwater runoff around the building site.
