In his role as business practice manager, Rutledge will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a wide-range of projects ensuring they meet the objectives of our clients and the expectations of ARCADIS.

Rutledge has been a lead investigator and principal biological consultant for numerous biological surveys, environmental impact and site assessments, feasibility studies and environmental permitting projects both within the U.S. and internationally. He has consulted to more than 50 private industry and government clients on a broad array of environmental issues.
Rutledge has a master's of science degree in rangeland ecosystem science from Colorado State University and a bachelor's of arts degree in environmental biology from the University of Colorado. He also maintains numerous environmental and reclamation professional affiliations.
