ARCADIS hires William Frez, Ph.D. as Senior Toxicologist  
 

ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international consulting and engineering company, today announced William Frez, Ph.D has joined our talent team as Senior Toxicologist.
 
In his new role, Dr. Frez will provide strategic services, negotiation support as it relates to risk, and toxicological assessments for sites requiring environmental closure. Dr. Frez provides technical guidance and consultation to clients requiring toxicological, human health and ecological risk assessments. He develops cost savings strategies using risk management options and application of sound science to meet client objectives.

Dr. Frez has dedicated his entire career to advancing the profession of toxicology and reducing contaminants that have the potential to negatively impact human health. He pairs his extensive knowledge with his strong commitment to produce quality solutions for his clients.
  
Seen as an expert in the field of toxicology Dr. Frez has authored numerous human health and ecological risk assessments, performed toxicity assessments, reviewed toxicological profiles and developed risk-based regulatory strategies for commercial and federal clients. In addition, he has developed and implemented business plans for risk assessment and toxicology groups. Before joining ARCADIS, Dr. Frez served as a senior toxicologist with Earth Tech.
 
Dr. Frez holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Wayne State University, a master’s degree in biology from University of Michigan and doctorate in Environmental Health Sciences, from the School of Public Health at the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Society of Toxicology and the Michigan Association of Environmental Professionals, and is on the Toxicology Task Force for the Michigan Chemistry Council.
