ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international consulting and engineering company, today announced the hire of Paul Dalida, the new Vice President in the Infrastructure Division  assigned to the New York City, NY office. Mr. Dalida will play a crucial role in the East Side Access Project as the director of Manhattan projects.

With more than 30 years of experience in road, transit, and commercial design, construction, and project management, Dalida brings a wide array of skills that will provide a valuable addition to the ARCADIS team.

Before coming to ARCADIS, Mr. Dalida served as Senior Project Manager with Hatch Mott MacDonald, where he oversaw the construction of a $1.1 billion tunnel and road project, the Florida DOT Port of Miami Access Tunnel connecting Interstate I-95 to the existing Port of Miami surface roadway system. Previous to this, Mr. Dalida managed a number of large projects, including a $3.6 billion extension to the MetroRail system in Washington, DC, the $2.4 billion Alaskan Way Viaduct reconstruction in Seattle, WA  and a $1.4 billion commercial retail development in London, U.K.
